The application form is available to download to your PC in Adobe Acrobat format.

Firstly you will have to speak to the local area office to discuss your project; we do not accept applications out of the blue.

Secondly, you will need Acrobat Reader on your PC which can be downloaded free of charge by clicking on the Adobe icon (up right).

Lastly download the Application form by clicking on the OnSite logo.

If the work includes a new home either by new build or conversion, a ‘dwellings’ form should also be submitted. This can be downloaded by clicking here.
